Finance Manager

The overall goal of the job: 

The Finance Manager is primarily responsible for managing a company's financial affairs, including financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures and local laws. The Finance Manager works to enhance the company's financial sustainability and achieve its short- and long-term economic goals.

Essential duties:

- Develop strategic financial plans to achieve corporate objectives .
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports .
- Manage budgets and ensure a balance between revenue and expenditures .
- Provide financial advice to senior management on investments and risks .
- Establish and implement financial policies in compliance with regulations .
- Monitor cash flows and ensure liquidity for operational needs .
- Coordinate with financial institutions such as banks and investor

Required qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field .

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the latest job title (Industrial Sector).

- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools such as ERP-Dynamics .

- Comprehensive knowledge of banking relationships, regulations, and procedures within Saudi Arabia for all financing programs .
- Comprehensive knowledge of external import and export regulations, policies, and procedures Practical knowledge of cost management and allocation .

- Comprehensive knowledge of local and international financial laws and regulations .

- Excellent leadership and analytical skills .

As the Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch. QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in the same position, preferably in the paints or related industry.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

- Proven track record of successful product launches and driving product growth in a competitive market environment.
