As the Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competitor strategies, and contributing to the development of new product concepts to meet our customer’s needs.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct comprehensive benchmarking analyses to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for product enhancement.

- Assist in the development of innovative product concepts, features, and positioning strategies in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams.

- Plan and execute product launches, including market research, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

- Monitor post launch performance metrics and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and product optimization.

- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to inform product development strategies.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in the same position, preferably in the paints or related industry.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

- Proven track record of successful product launches and driving product growth in a competitive market environment.

This role is crucial in supporting our marketing and branding efforts, ensuring that our visual communications effectively represent our products and resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Creation:Develop visually appealing graphics, including brochures, packaging, social media content, and promotional materials that align with our brand identity.
  
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring that all visuals adhere to the company’s guidelines and enhance brand recognition.
  
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs that effectively market our paint products, from product labels to advertising campaigns.
  
- Visual Content: Produce engaging visuals for online and offline channels, including website graphics, banners, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  
- Concept Development: Generate original ideas and design concepts that align with our brand’s objectives and communicate our product offerings effectively.
  
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.
  
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business needs.
  
- Print and Digital Preparation:Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring that all files are optimized for the intended medium.
  
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and new design technologies to keep our brand’s visual content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of print production processes and experience in preparing files for print is a plus.
